I have been practicing law for fifteen years and have worked for insurance companies for eleven years. Having been an insider, I fully understand how insurance companies and their adjusters evaluate and negotiate cases. My clients have ranged from individuals to national corporations. I have been lead counsel on numerous multi-million dollar cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord and severe orthopedic injuries. During my employment as corporate counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, I handled hundreds of cases where motorcyclists, pedestrians, bicyclists, or other drivers were injured or died because of careless drivers.
